How do I calculate delivery time for an order?
Our site calculates estimated shipping for you before you finalize your order. Can I cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel your order while it's being processed, but once the order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled. If this happens you will need to contact us to obtain a RMA. Deliveries that are refused by the customer without SOS consent will be charged a 20% restocking fee and be billed for the return freight charges.
